House Rules

Please have a look at our House Rules to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us.

1. During your stay at the hotel, we kindly ask you to behave in an environmentally friendly way, especially with respect to water and electricity.

2. 220 V power supply.

3. Visits of a private or business nature are not permitted in the hotel rooms. For these purposes, please use the common areas such as the lounge, bar or restaurant.

4. Pets are not allowed in the hotel area.

5. Lighting fires, smoking and lighting candles is strictly prohibited in the rooms, stairwell and hallway. The Hotel may not be held liable in the event of the fire alarm being triggered by unauthorised smoking or if the smoke detectors are deliberately interfered with. Any costs resulting from the intervention of the fire brigade or security services will be paid by the person responsible directly on site.

6. Please report any inconvenience in the room or caused by hotel staff to the Reception immediately.

7. We expect no damage to the hotel rooms and equipment, as well as the property itself.

8. Please be aware that any damage caused by you to the hotel will be borne by yourself.

9. Please report any lost or found items to the Reception.

10. The room must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure. If you remain after 11.00 am you will be charged with an additional day.

11. After 10 pm, please comply with the quiet hours requirement both in all rooms as well as in our lounge. Any failure to comply with the quiet hours requirement may lead to us having to immediately implement a house ban. In this case, the guest forfeits their right to accommodation, as well as to any refund of their prepaid fees. Any booked service must be paid for in full by the guest. Our house expects respect in all guest relations with other guests and residents. After 10 pm, any noise must be avoided when leaving and coming back to our house out of consideration for the hotel neighbours and guests.

12. In the event of a fire alarm, you must leave the premises using the fastest escape route as signposted. In this case, only the stairs and emergency staircases may be used. Emergency exits are especially marked. Emergency assembly points are located at the front and behind the building, depending on the exit route.

13. In the event of a medical emergency, dial the Swiss emergency number 144 directly.

14. Our house rules are subject to change at any time and can be viewed at Reception during the check in.
