Cancellations
In Summer: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
In Winter: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
After this period, you will pay 100% of the arranged costs. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Deposit
In Winter, the minimum amount for the deposit is 50% of the total price up to 30 days before arrival. Prefer not having to worry? You can also prepay the full amount.
Unfortunately, some confirmations contain an incorrect IBAN number. We apologise for the error.
Below you can see the correct details.

Parking
Bettmeralp is a car-free village. You can only reach Bettmeralp by cable car. At Betten valley station you can find outdoor parking spaces as well as a multistorey car park.

Luggage service
(8.00 am – 8.00 pm) *Possible on request. Please call us on your arrival at the valley station. We can take care of transporting your luggage from the top station to the hotel (included in the price). Other transports (to the chalets) are subject to charge.
